Excellent location within walking distance of most all attractions and sites. Close to a plethora of restaurants and bars. Genuinely quaint hotel, with typical European flair and quirky rooms.
Air conditioning system kept cutting out. Little room to hang and store clothes. Some staff rather perfunctory. Pricey hotel for the size and quality of the room.

This is our second visit to the property. Had a jr suite. The first visit was excellent. The second almost all the staff were great except the front desk manager. I was there on business. Had a top VVIP German business guest driving 300 kms away for a three hour meeting visit. The front desk mgr was rude and very unprofessional. Had to apologize to my guest and met at a close by (hotel Kempenski) who treated us as visitors better than hotel guests. Enough said. Even the GM Mr. Rupp did not take any action and found excuses for his front desk mgr.
There was a very unprofessional front desk manager called “Sam”. Very rude. The GM who is supposed to understand how to handle the situation was defensive and supportive of his unprofessional mgr. I have a lot of business trips scheduled to Munich but not this hotel. Never again.

We liked the location, the room size, the closeness to Isator train/subway, the staff. We got with breakfast included and the mini bar included. Within walking distance to old town too. Good bathroom amenities.

The Staff are exceptional, I have never had service that was so welcoming, happy, able to provide advice. Every staff member from the breakfast staff to reception were of an excellent standard. The location was perfect, less than 100m to the subway and easy walk to Marienplatz. Exceptionally clean. The only place I have ever given a perfect score.

The location was close to the main tourist attractions and a lot of restaurants around. Parking was a challenge since they have limited space but there is a public parking close for which they provide discounts. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

This hotel is in a great location and well maintained. Our room was newly fitted, modern, clean and great size. Comfortable bed and amenities were well provided for daily. Staff were friendly and helpful.
