Location is super and very easy. Breakfast was excelent.
Wifi was little bit slow and room was poor. This is 4 stars hotel but when i saw rooms than its look like 2 stars. Bed was very small.

The property is in a great location in the Old Town. There is so much history to the hotel and the breakfast and staff were amazing. Would book again if we visit Munich again.

Location
Our room was newly remodeled. We especially liked the bathroom. However, as seems to be the trend now-a-days the room itself was remodeled in a spartan manner - hard surface floor (no carpet) and very modern furniture and decorating. I do not care for this style, but prefer the comfort of carpet and more traditional decorating/furniture in my hotel room. And, given that the Hotel Torbrau is a very old establishment in the old city area of Munich, such a modern room seemed out of place, especially given that the rest of the hotel is decorated in traditional style.

Beautiful property - fantastic location - close to Marienplatz and also Isator Gate - and also very convenient to the train station - making it easy to get to the airport. Easy walking distance to many of Munichs attractions. Our room was very quiet, comfortable and quite spacious with a separate sitting area. The bar in the Restaurant Schapeau was lovely - with a great and attentive bartender.
The only fault was the water pressure in the shower was very low. I didnt mention this as I forgot to - and then didnt worry as we were only there 2 nights.
