Quiet location near subway, very clean, new hotel, as described and photos, good breakfast - small but various, we were in a suit - comfortable, 2 rooms with doors, hall at the entrance with wardrobe and door to the bathroom, in one of rooms - table with kitchenette, very welcoming staff.
One minor issue - in our suite there is no AC in the small bedroom, there is an AC in big room, and second AC in the hall, so if you stay here at hot summer - be aware that you cant close the small bedroom door as this suit is located on top of the hotel. Beside that - nothing!!

Location and clean. Breakfast was good.
A single bed is ridiculous for an adult. The room was also child sized. That may be fine for Germans but the rest of the world no. You have international guests. The room is too simple . No coffee maker, no refrigerator, no shampoo , no conditioner! This is unheard of in other hotels

The hotel is clean modern and very quiet. Although we didn't have it they offer breakfast for a small fee. The location was perfect for what we needed and has access to public transportation to get around.

The hotel is ideally located for people visiting the LMU hospital, in a nice neighborhood with shops and eateries.
Nothing really but there are no facilities in the room to make coffee tea or a snack.
