Hotel is well located, short walks to Marien Platz and English Gardens. Nice cafe as nd bars just around the corner. Room was plush and well decorated.
Lack of air conditioning and fridge was an issue.

Nice cozy room, convenient to city center (within walking distance)
It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. They did provide 2 fans but it was very hard to be comfortable sleeping (it was unusually hot). If traveling during summer months, may want to investigate rooms that do have air conditioning. LOTS of construction near the hotel (not their fault of course). Car service had a hard time getting us near to the location given the construction.

Lovely garden. The library bar was also very nice, as was the breakfast room.
I was on the street side and it was noisy with the window open - it was a warm evening.

Just an idea: it would be great to have a safe in the room. As it’s an old building it’s understandable that there is no A/C but there was a portable A/C. Maybe it just needs to be a bit more powerful for those hot summer nights ☺️

Lovely, comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent location - peaceful neighbourhood close to the old town and English Gardens.
It would be nice to have coffee making facilities in the room!

I liked everything about this hotel— it was close to a cute square with a few good cafes, it was not in the city center but close enough to walk to the action without being in the middle of the commotion, and I greatly enjoyed having a glass of wine after dinner in the inviting library/lobby.
I have no criticisms— everything was perfect.

Hotel was in a great neighbourhood and walkable to the Marienplatz and English Garden. Many little restaurants and ice cream within a block. Breakfast was OK--fresh and easy, but expensive for the amount of items to choose from in the typical European style.
For the style of hotel, we were happy with the smaller rooms, but there was no airconditioning and it got quite warm!

The location was perfect and the decor was very nice
The wifi was not working. When I asked the staff they basically said it will come back when it comes back, "its vodafone , you know". No, I dont know, but I feel they should have done more to fix it, or at least not laughed it off... I had to go to a cafe to work

Great location, nice to have the option of breakfast there and liked the option of the bar. The staff were very nice.
Our room faced the city and was very hot. We would have loved having a hot pot or coffee maker in the room. The first couple days there was no wifi, but it did get fixed.

Location very close to ubahn , a few restaurants around the area but chose to go into the old town , more atmosphere.rooms we're cute
No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms , €18 for breakfast, not able to get wifi, water given on first night then after had to buy it
