The location was perfect and the decor was very nice
The wifi was not working. When I asked the staff they basically said it will come back when it comes back, "its vodafone , you know". No, I dont know, but I feel they should have done more to fix it, or at least not laughed it off... I had to go to a cafe to work

Great location, nice to have the option of breakfast there and liked the option of the bar. The staff were very nice.
Our room faced the city and was very hot. We would have loved having a hot pot or coffee maker in the room. The first couple days there was no wifi, but it did get fixed.

Location very close to ubahn , a few restaurants around the area but chose to go into the old town , more atmosphere.rooms we're cute

The garden area was beautiful and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean and the location of the hotel was perfect. Close enough to walk to a lot of great places and landmarks, but just far enough out of the crowds to avoid noise.
No air conditioning, but there were two fans in the room and it was early June, so real heat of summer hadn't hit yet and we were comfortable. I could see it being a little more uncomfortable in the heat of summer.

Good location. Close to an underground station and the river. Reception was helpful. Nice lounge and garden.
Breakfast room was nice but breakfast was very limited. No fresh juice and no cooked breakfast apart from pre-cooked boiled eggs.

Convenient to everything but on a nice quiet street away from the crowds. We didn’t eat breakfast here. Great local Augustiner pub up the street and super convenient metro access.

The single rooms were a good size with comfortable beds and a pleasant view. They were well designed with some nice details. The drinks in the library was a charming surprise and the breakfast had good range of healthy options and attentive staff.
