The hotel is perfectly located just a block from Marienplatz, two metro stops from the main train station and on the metro line that takes you directly into the airport. You can easily walk to everything in the old city: restaurants, churches, shopping, and outdoor markets. The single room was quite small, but sufficient if you just need a place to sleep. Very clean. Very good breakfast.

Great to be downtown at night. Also, great restaurant connected to it next door. Served food until midnight. Night host was friendly and helpful.

Small room with a single bed. It was uncomfortable as I could not turn or stretch much. Bathroom extremely small as well. I keep hitting my elbows, knees, arms on everything:(

The location was amazing. We could walk to everything. The breakfast had such a variety and was such a great value.
I didn’t like that there were two twin beds pushed together. I didn’t like that they didn’t have complementary water in the room.

Located at the very center, very convenient, and close so U-bahn and S-bahn. Which is all you need.
Breakfast was good, I would have appreciated if they had bacon with the omlet.
FIRST - Cockroaches!!!!
One (huge one) have up to my foot during breakfast. it was huge 3cm long and 1cm wide. I found it amusing and even doubted the giant bug is actually a cockroach.
However, when I got home I realized, that cockroaches might have found a way to my luggage and backpack, I have found 2 of them the next day after return. Who knows if they were the only 2..
SECOND - the Smell!!!
I do not like detergent smell and try to avoid detergent isles in supermarkets if I do not need anything from there, but in the hotel the detergent sell was taken to the whole next level and it was AWFULL in the hallways, I would have hold my breath for those 20 steps from my door to the stairway.

The breakfast was wonderful. All very nice.
I had no light next to my bed to read. We told the front desk about it immediately. It was the entire outlet for that side of the room that didn’t work. A man came to look at it. No one offered us any change of room, any extension cord for a light, any adjustment in room charge; no one ever reported back to us that they were working on it or were concerned about the problem. Having a light next to your bed in a hotel room is the most basic of all necessities!
