The location is great. The breakfast is very good and waiters were friendly.
The room was very small. I wouldn’t say the front desk staff was rude, but they certainly didn’t make you feel welcome. If you ask something, they will help you, but they act like they are tired of guests.

A beautifully renovated, centuries old building which is extremely well located within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants.
Reception staff did not really go out of their way to make one feel welcome or suggest attractions. When asked, they did deliver, though.

The best possible location for a stay at Munich, very helpful staff. Superb breakfast with extensive choice, far better than any UK hotel version of a 'continental breakfast'

Pleasant
The location was good. The breakfast was good. It was quiet enough despite the location.
We rented two rooms: a double and a junior suite. The beds were not comfortable. We had to call the front desk to have the air conditioner work to a good temp. We were on the 5th floor but elevator only goes to 4th. That is fine, but there is no help with luggage or any offer of help. The shower leaks significantly regardless of efforts into the floor of bathroom.
