Lovely staff and fabulous breakfast! Good location in the old town near the market and shopping.
While the location is good, its still about a mile to walk to where buses leave for day trips and tours. Easy walk if the weather cooperates but can feel far if its raining or cold/windy.

Great location right in the heart of old town, surrounded by shops, cafes and beautiful old architecture, breakfast fantastic, taxi rank right outside, close to metro

Disappointing
The location was close to the Marienplatz and English Garden. The staff was nice and cappuccinos good in the morning.
The location was loud at night and the parking, or lack of, was difficult. The room was tiny.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the room was really comfortable. I loved that I could hear the church bells.
