It was close to everything and accessible. Great location. The breakfast was also very good.

Good
The location was the absolute highlight.
The phone didn’t work. The bed was shoved against the wall which prevented a bedside table or anywhere to charge devices.

Wonderful
Overall great experience. The location is in the heart of old town with everything around and walking distance. It is an old german house which makes the experience even more special
As a solo traveller I would have felt more safe if the doors had a lock from inside for extra safety

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect, centered within walking distance of old Munich. Had a lovely stay. Staff recommended dinner right next to the hotel and it was delicious. Parking in the back of hotel.
No complaints.

Very unpleasant experience – Mouse in the hotel I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. While having breakfast, I saw a mouse inside the hotel. I was absolutely shocked and disgusted. What makes it even worse is that the night before, I had heard noises in my room that sounded like a mouse, although at the time I thought I might have imagined it. Seeing an actual mouse the following morning made the whole experience even more disturbing. Regardless of the hotel’s category or price, basic hygiene should never be compromised. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel where guests sleep and eat. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
