Wonderful
A well managed family style hotel. Super friendly staff, especially the old gentleman who serves coffee in every breakfast!
Room is tidy and comfortable, although not too big. All facilities are in good condition, typical German hotel.
The entrance is closed during late night, but no obvious guide is offered. You may feel confused if you arrive late night.

The staff members are really nice and friendly, which gives you confidence you will not encounter any problems. The lady at the reception and the gentleman welcoming us for the breakfast really made our days better each time. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options and handled with attention to details. Congratulations for raising the bar in this continent where the services are poorer and poorer every year!

I enjoyed the stay very much. Causy atmosphere, quiet location, great helpful staff, big room. As the purpose of my stay was last minute business travel I appreciated all the flexibility and immediate positive responses. I recommend this hotel

We stayed for Oktoberfest in an Executive room for three and it was plenty spacious for all of us. We booked late for Oktoberfest and were happily surprised. It was close enough to public transportation (20-30min) and the breakfast was convenient to have in the morning.

Breakfast offering and close proximity to the best Korean BBQ restaurant called Soohu BBQ. The kitchen and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
Inflexibility with check out time, uncomfortable bed, it was too hard and the pillows were terrible, way too soft. The bed linen should have been white but all of the pillow cases and doona covers had that old yellowish tinge, recommend updating the linen to new. Charged for water, Netflix didn’t work. There were no coffee/tea facilities in room nor was there a small fridge for cold drinks.

I have stayed at the hotel previously for Oktoberfest with a small group of friends. I enjoyed it so much we returned this year with my wife. The hotel is comfortable, ideally located for the Oktoberfest and is far enough away from the city to be quiet. The rooms was comfortable, clean and the service was good. The breakfast was great and the breakfast service team were excellent. A great place to stay.
On the day before departure the receptionist whom i had not seen before could not locate our payment despite me showing her receipts. She was rather abrupt and took the shine away from an excellent experience. She made a phone call and she was advised to look elsewhere on the booking and the matter was resolved.
