Proximity to city center and value.
Pillows were quite uncomfortable. Rooms were too warm and European hornets come into your room at night if you leave the window open.

The Brazilian guy at the reception was amazing and super helpful. He helps with the luggage, car parking, my kids, extra pillows and blankets. He made sure i meed nothing when i arrived late

Beautiful surroundings. Well laid out hotel.
It is not air conditioned which makes it very uncomfortable in the summer. All rooms were advertised to have fans however there were not enough working fans for all guest rooms when we arrived. The staff found us a fan by taking one that was being used in the manager's office. The fans made the temperature more bearable but it was still too warm to be comfortable in the room.

The location is good. There are nice restaurants in this area to have dinner and public transport is right around the corner to get to the busy city. The bed was comfy and the room clean. At least the room we got after the upgrade we received.
The room we first got was in the middle of a construction side inside the hotel, teh room itself was cold and was only prepared for one person. One towel, one bedding, etc. After i went down to the reception to complain they offered us an upgrade which we happily excepted. All in all we think it is too expensive for what you get. But a normal price i guess for the hotels in this area.

The staff was welcoming and I instantly felt at home. The hotel has a family home feeling, the rooms are spacious and feel cozy. I am a light sleeper so I requested a quiet room facing the garden. I could sleep with the window open because it was so quiet, a really nice experience.
I also loved the legit gym and sauna space. You have to ask for it at reception but it's legit! They even have tennis courts.

Excellent breakfast with great selection and great care.
Lovely view to the garden.
Metro station few minutes walk away and only a short underground trip to reach the old town.

Nice, quiet hotel.
I wasn’t in formed about the breakfast and unfortunately ended up paying 30 euro for breakfast each morning. Very expensive! The room didn’t have any tea or coffee facilities and was overall quite bare.
