The hotel was at a great location for my requirements. It felt like it was in a park being next to a large public green park area with walking paths. trees, and open meadows.
There was some confusion regarding the booking, and I was charged an extra 60 euros per day just so my spouse could stay in the room with me and not have to sleep in the car.

The property was surrounded by lush greenery and very near to bus stops and if anyone needed to rent a car, multiple car rental offices were right next to the hotel.
1. I wasn’t aware that there was a sofa bed, it was not mentioned anywhere.
2. I requested that the room be made when we went out, but it didn’t get done when we returned.
3. We were told there was coffee pods & cups (free for the first time), but there was none to be found, informed the front desk and nothing was done.

Calm and spacius with lovely garden. Cozy modern clean rooms, quiet location next to a park.

Location was perfect as family live nearby. Nice gardens to have evening drinks. Supermarkets chemist nearby. Lovely park which we walked through every day. Uban stations nearby.
Rooms very clean beds made everyday.
No air conditioning. Sweltering weather and only a fan in room to keep cool.

It’s been a while since I’ve written a review mentioning a receptionist by name, but Anna really deserves it. She was genuinely kind, welcoming, supportive, and very helpful throughout our stay.
She gave us very useful advice about changing from the apartment to a regular hotel room because the apartment was quite hot (it was August). Since we are traveling with a baby and still needed a kitchen, she kindly arranged for us to keep access to the apartment kitchen even after changing rooms.
The hotel itself also has a very nice garden, in addition to the lovely park just behind the hotel, which was great for walking and relaxing. The free and safe parking outside the hotel was another big plus for us. We also really liked the room balcony, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and Anna’s kindness and professionalism made a real difference. Thank you, Anna!

Price was good for Munich.
In general, not friendly , no A/C summer time, not super clean. Overall, worst hotel in my entire trip central europe 2 weeks.
