Hotel is located in Munich-Riem district: close to the Munich fair and 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn train station Riem-S. You can reach the Munich city center in 10/15 minutes with S2 train. Hotel is nice. Room are comfortable and well maintaned. There is a small free parking available to guests + a private parking garage (we did not use it). Breakfast quality was outstanding. Recommended also for families.

If you care about cleanliness and value for money, I suggest this hotel. It's a cute hotel located in a quiet and nice residential area, 10 mins from train station, and super clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I arrived at midnight, and since check in was only till 23:00, I called them and they guided me nicely how to check in.

Unfortunately, my room looked nothing like the photos I saw when booking. It was an attic room with slanted ceilings, and even at 165 cm, I couldn't stand up straight. Considering my husband is 194 cm and my son is 180 cm, it was incredibly uncomfortable—we basically had to either sit or lie down the entire time we were in the room.

We spent a very nice weekend in this boutique hotel. Everything was perfect! Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The property is also well connected to the city centre with public transport. Polite and professional staff in all departments.

Great staff and service. Room was very good, excellent water pressure and heat from shower.
Insisting on tip at bar was a bit cheeky. Restaurant is more pricey that normal for slightly better quality.
