Very Poor
There are many middle-end capacities in Munich, and elsewhere as well. But it is not just about the facility's ability to fulfil guests' needs - it is also about the personnel. It is indeed a pity that I am giving such a poor grade to the facility, but it is actually a grade to the front-office person, and to the overall attitude felt.
My staying was overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the young male receptionist. His rude attitude and lack of basic customer service were completely unacceptable.
Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, this experience was a reminder that no amenity can make up for being treated poorly.
A small "hint" or a teaching moment for a young receptionist to become senior, or for a boy to become gentleman (take it as you want)... respect is respect is respect. If this is too hard, then go with a general rule for the service industry: guest is always right.

The room was very nice, in traditional style, clean and tidy. There were also some policies of the hotel which indicated a mindset orientated to sustainable tourism. We loved it.

Great place with a wonderful restaurant serving good food from Bayern in above quality of most restaurants we tried. Excellent breakfast and overall great value. Close to the Muenchen Messe and by car 15-20 min from downtown Munich.
Automated checking a bit cumbersome. But nothing to complain about.

It’s clean and staff are very friendly
I was told the facility has gym and the facility actually closed the gym for flood and we were not notified or given options. Also, we booked two rooms for 4 people however the site on booking will not allow you to put more than one in each room so when we got there we were surprised by additional 120 Euro extra charges for the extra person in each room.

Nice traditional Bavaria and welcoming vibe from the hotel and room. Clean and well maintained. 10min walk to S bahn, although do take note the walk are not well lit.
