Amazing location if you need to get to the ICM or just want to stay somewhere more quiet. Easy access to the S2 and bus stops. Breakfast was great. The room size was also great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Shower was a bit too small and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (the 3 in 1 combo) all in one could be different (nothing that a trip to the grocery store wouldn’t solve).

The staff is friendly and helpful. While we were waiting for phones to charge in the lobby, the staff brought us pretzels for breakfast! Our luggage was stored for us twice once after we checked out and once before we checked in. The breakfast was great! We never lacked for anything at this facility. This was our 3d stay with them and we will continue to go back when we go to Oktoberfest.

Great location for attending conference at ICM Messe München - easily walkable but private and quiet. It's a lovely smaller hotel, with fantastic staff and a great bar / restaurant. The breakfast was also great. Rooms are comfortable and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. Metro S2 station is a short and pleasant walk away, meaning you are 30m from city centre at any time.

The staff were so kind and friendly and the selection for breakfast honestly exceeded my expectations. We stayed in August and the fact that they had an air conditioner was a huge plus. The room was big enough for us and our 2 kids. I would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Convenient location to explore the fleamarkets and Munich. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Parking was easy.
No-one was at reception when we arrived, we had to hunt for someone in the restaurant. The accommodation is quite basic. The Smart TV functions did not work, so as a foreigner it was annoying not to be able to connect to watch shows in our language. The reading light did not work also. There are no refreshments, no mini-bar. There was no-one at reception when we checked out - staff had left to get their breakfast. We waited five minutes.
