Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty. Room was quiet with small balcony. Not so far from center, we were able to walk there.
Parking is not free, but we were able to park outside the hotel. No kettle in the room.

Excellent location and very clean room. We even had breakfast delivered every morning and in-suite refrigerator was stocked with everything you would need. Located to many great restaurants and quick walk to several amazing sites. Alenandre was an amazing host!

Great location, and breakfast was great!
The window did not close in the room, so could hear outside and not sleep well, no room slippers, bathroom shower door was broken, bathroom was cramp, only shampoo and body soap together, and no conditioner and other bathroom ammedities, no AC, room cleaning comes too early in the day, overall room felt old, and some paint wear.

The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot for a few hours after check-out, so we could enjoy the city a bit longer. It took us about 25–30 minutes to reach the city center at a leisurely pace, but this was not an issue for us, as we enjoy walking. The area is extremely quiet and safe, making for a very pleasant stay.
Although not dirty, the toilet bowl had some limescale or similar residue at the base, which made it look less clean than the rest of the bathroom.

Wonderful
Wonderful location in a tranquil area right next to the rivers (Au and Isar) with some lovely walking and cycling trails right nearby. Excellent non-touristy restaurants in the area. Hotel is classic yet modern, very clean and with an excellent breakfast and evening bar plus a terraced garden.
Rooms were very hot, even with cool weather outside. It was not practical to open the window wide as it would be raining inside the room, plus no screens or bars.

Hotel Prinz in Munich is located in the tranquil Haidhausen district, just a short walk from the Deutsches Museum and approximately 20 minutes on foot from Marienplatz. It offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and attentive service, making it a popular choice for both business and leisure travellers. The breakfast was really good.

It was awful, I really cannot understand good reviews of this hotel and high rating. Room is really old style, bed is making scratchy sounds each time you would like to turn, smell from bathroom is terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.

I forgot my ring in my room, they found it and shipped it, thank you very much. Location, breakfast and staff are all very good. There is a paid parking lot.
