Comfortable extra large beds, nice bar with great wines at the hotel. A 20-30 minute walk to Altstadt. Checkout until noon. Quiet spacious rooms.

The Ukrainian lass that checked me in was an angel. I was stranded due to the war in the Middle East and it helped to be around such lovely souls. The breakfast was great, the room spacious and clean and there were even free drinks in the mini bar!

Comfy, clean rooms, very friendly staff, complimentary water and drinks in the fridge, nice bathroom, a balcony with chairs and a table in a quiet street in München at an affordable price. We could sleep without problems with the window slightly open. Breakfast is great, a lot of choices hot and cold as well. The underground parking is a nice addition.

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. Lovely friendly staff, a beautiful clean room. Breakfast had so much choice & was lovely. We stayed for my partners birthday & the staff left Prosecco & chocolates for him in our room it was such a great stay.

Good location, Close to City center and Museum. Tiefgarage costet 22Eur for one night and good possibility to park the car in safe place, friendly staff, breakfast was good, but could be more various, clean room and bathroom. It is very good, that Check-out is untill 12. Comfortable bed.
Only one bottle of water for 2 people. Socket just near one side of the bed!!! :((( tn advertisement war mentioned slippers, but I didn’t have any!!. In the bathroom was something in the bin from previous guests. The room was extremely cold, but the staff gave us a heater and that helped us a lot! So this is not a minus any more :)

Received a free upgrade to a suite room - lovely views and plenty of space! The parking garage was available to us till late on our check out day. Nice personal touches - we got a cute arrival gift from the advent calendar for souvenir!

Room was very nice, classical style but with a modern touch and recently refurbished.
Room was very cold, heating didn't seem to be on despite it being a very cold night. Duvet quite thin and no additional blankets. WIFI connection in room kept dropping off, it was ok but nothing more. Bathroom and shower were very clean however the shower doors were very impractical to open and close resulting in water on the floor post-showering. The provided shower gel / shampoo seemed quite cheap. Breakfast was very disappointing bearing in mind some of the reviews. Scrambled eggs were hard. No pancakes despite being advertised. Nothing "special" on it. Good vegan options tbf. The Laugenrolls and pretzels were very nice. The croissants were awful and had a weird taste and were very greasy. The coffee machine was pretty good.
