Very clean. Feels like a new property. Staff really kind. Lovely quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to the rest of hectic Muenchen.
This property is not for guests who need deep freeze air conditioning.

Hotel was in a safe area about 15 bike ride from the city center
The price of this property is absolutely not justified. Service and room cleaning was poor. Options for eating or snacks provided by the hotel in the evening is non existent. The room we stayed in was double the price of all the other hotels we stayed in during our European trip and it was by far the most basic and unimpressive.

It is a great hotel at a very good location*. Very quiet but quite central and very well connected.
The staff was really great (very friendly but also competent), the room very good (but see below what I didn't like) and the breakfast was good enough.
*Just make sure to not go there with tram 18 from the Central Station if Google Maps suggests that route, because you will have to walk uphill!
The room should have a kettle. It is very annoying when you can't just boil some water whenever you need it. However the reception staff provided me a teapot of hot water whenever I asked.
Also beware that there is no A/C in the room and if you happen to visit Munich during a heat wave it won't be nice.

The room had a doorway between the bathroom/entry and the main bedroom, which was nice for blocking hallway noise. The rolladen window shades were excellent for managing light and privacy, and the room was spacious. The hotel is older but I liked that about the layout, it was more comfortable than a newer "fancy" hotel I stayed in on the same trip.
The mini refrigerator in the room worked, but had a broken pedestal foot and a damaged door. Breakfast had excellent bread and meat choices but was lacking in fruit options.

Very kind people at reception, very helpful.
Room service did nothing, everyday just making the bed is not room service. We have no tissue, no soap (just a single 2x2 cm bar for 4 days!! No hairconditioner, nothing in the fridge, no air-conditioning system, room full mit insects, awful breakfast... i regret my choice and i don't recommend it at all.

The location is good, near to the city center, but at the same time in a quiet place. There are some places to eat nearby, to walk around the river. The room was big enough with separate areas to sleep and to work for example. Very polite staff and nice breakfast.
First of all, they forgot to provide us a mattress for the crib for the baby, and apparently they didn't think we need one, we only had the hard cover of the crib itself. Secondly the furniture seems a little old, doesn't have the look and the feeling as on the pictures. It wasn't very clean neither. Very small refrigerator. The curtains were short and couldn't cover the window. And the thing that left me with the most unpleasant feeling about our stay, was that there was a renovation in the hotel at the same time that we were staying, starting from 7 o'clock in the morning with no afternoon quiet hours, which considering the fact that we and other people in the hotel were with babies, was absolutely inappropriate. So finally, wouldn't come back in the hotel and I personally, don't think it was a good value.

Charming hotel, very quiet, 20 min walk from city center. Big rooms with firm bed, good breakfast.
Young man at the reception was very smiling and helpful.
We also loved the garage parking, very convenient even for bigger cars.

Nice, quiet, clean room, renovated bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice to have buffet breakfast with different options. Found a shelf with hooks, for children as well. Certainly nice to have if you forgot your reading material. Small fridge. Thank you for the complimentary drinks!
Walkable distance to Marienplatz.
Garage for €22/night is not exactly cheap. No bread for breakfast, just rolls and Bavarian Brezen, but they are out if you come later.
Coffee machine did not work and it took some time to get a second machine going. So you better not be in a hurry.
Water cooker would be great to have.
