Charming, old-world style, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Lovely breakfast, and we enjoyed two dinners at Gandl. The staff were courteous and helpful—would definitely go back.

It is a very charming hotel, beautifully decorated, located a short 10 minute walk from the historic center. The breakfast service and the food quality are excellent.
Parking is somewhat of a challenge and our room was not as update as some of the others on our floor.

The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was out of batteries or something. Such a minor complaint. We had a lovely stay.

Good location. Very nice staff.
Upon arrival our bathroom was dirty, hair in the drain, water wouldn’t drain. The shower head was broken. I went to the desk to ask them to resolve the issue and they did but I had to ask for a new room. Their solution was to clean the bathroom and try to fix the shower head. In the meantime, I wouldn’t have been able to take a shower. They were very amenable to the change request and quickly got a new room for us.

Loved the look and quality of the property and we will go back!
Our room was tiny. Really tiny. We now know that the hotel will allow us to choose a particular room and when we go back, we will do that. Our room was 47. It had a nice terrace but the bathroom and the shower were shockingly tiny. The room would have been okay for one small person but not for a couple.
