Need to be refresh in some parts. Sure Munich is not supposed to be super warm but there is no air con in the room. Really not nice beside the fast that hotel offer a fan but unfortunately very noisy ….

Old charming building with friendly staff and spacious room but that’s where the positives stops!
The room had no facilities: no tea or coffee, no iron, no fridge, no snacks—just a single bottle of water. No desk! No fridge! Nothing! I ordered coffee once, but by the time it arrived it was cold—and you simply can’t keep ordering when you’re working and just need a reliable caffeine fix. This was a work trip, and it was genuinely difficult to get anything done in that setup.

Location was very good.
Although well kept and public areas good with a very pretty outdoor area, my room seemed overdue for an update. I was also upset to realise what I had booked 2 months prior was a price about 30% higher than if I’d booked the week before. I pointed this out on check-in and was refused any assistance. REALLY spoilt my stay and I felt absolutely ripped off. If it wasn’t for the fact I would still have been charged for the stay by booking.com I would have walked away and happily paid twice the amount to stay somewhere 5*.

Breakfast was excellent. The Lehel neighborhood is the best neighborhood in Munich. I would want to live there. It’s close to the center of Munich.
