Good morning, This is to complain about our stay April 24-26 April, we paid 740.- euros for 2 people staying 3 nights and I was expecting good service for a 4-star hotels, but I was terribly disappointed. 1) I am not your kid, nor your employee: do not lecture me as if I was an infant who misbehaved, especially in front of fellow guests & employees. a. You proposed a room for my video conference at 100 euros & I told you I would think about it. I came early next day but you weren’t there. So no need to lecture me because I did not come answer the previous day. If not be courtesy at least by politeness. And remember, I am a paying customer. 2) You behavior must have stained your employees: I was run after & yelled at by your receptionist. I felt interrogated by a lieutenant of the Schutzstaffel. Not nice, to say the least. a. I was looking for an internet plug in a conference room that was open and he came running from the reception yelling at me and aggressed me verbally, saying I had not rented the whole hotel. What about being polite, if not nice? 3) 30 euros for lending an electric plug adaptor for 1 day a. I asked if you had an Swiss electric plug adaptor and you lent me one without telling me you would charge me b. Upon check out, you charged me 30 euros, while such plug cost half that price I will make sure to tell me friend & whoever: avoid hotel Opera Jacques Roulet PS : a) I copy München Tourism Office b) I copy authentic hotels Office c) I copy Authentic hotels CEO d) I copy Bookings on your site

What an amazing hotel. Elegant & comfortable. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is brilliant, on top of everything yet quiet & restful. Really can’t speak highly enough of this “gem”.

Close to every thing we wanted to see. The staff was amazing and helpful. Really professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast was superb.
Too small of room. The bathroom was a closet and the room very warm and it was April. We understand air conditioning is not used much in Europe but you could not have stayed in that room from June- September.

The area. The staff. Breakfast. The public area and the court. The area as far as I concern is prime location, good restaurants and coffee shops, no cars area, daily open market at the church Square.
We stayed at the junior suite. 650 Euro per night. For the price we paid, I expected- 1. A coffee machine 2. At least a kettle 3.Tv was broken. As it happened on Friday, had to Waite until Monday for a new one. 4.cover of the extra bed was torn. 5.huge walking in dressing room. Tiny bathroom 6.bath tub instead of shower. If you provide a bath tub please use glass sheet instead of an old style plastic curtain if you provide a bath tub please provide a safety grip handle. It is a must. 7. Learnt that no bathroom photos at the hotel site - means problems

An exceptionally elegant hotel. Room and bathroom are on the small size. We liked that breakfast was included in the price. Above all, we don't remember such polite and helpful staff. Truly exceptional.
The only thing that bothered me (but not wife) was the size of the bathroom and the shower.

Hotel with excellent location and cleanliness. Staff polite and helpful. We arrived with a late flight and were accommodated immediately.
We paid an additional amount for breakfast, which no one initially warned us about.
