A gem of a hotel. Lovely and quiet. Beautiful rooms with everything you would want or need. Loved the breakfast, lots of delicious options in a lovely restaurant. The location is very good and we would definitely return and stay here again.

The garden is a very nice place to sit during a hot summer day.
Everything else. The staff was rude (with a few exceptions) and they don't speak English. They offered a free cot, which was very uncomfortable, and it looked very old. Food quality was very poor, as well, especially the room service (we paid a high price for a very sad sandwich, covered in a bunch of stale potato chips). At noon, they started fixing the elevator, although people were checking out and had to take their luggage down the stairs. Beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses were very worn down. Overall, we paid a huge price per night and we didn't receive any value for our money.
