This luxury 5-star hotel is located on the quiet upper banks of the River Isar in central Munich, near the English Garden. Staff were courteous and the rooms decent
No great breakfast options for vegetarians with the buffet. A la carte worked but too wasn't much for vegetarians.

Beautifully appointed, with lovely walk to English Garden and 30 minute walk to city center. Comfortable room, very clean, spacious, amazing service, parking garage available, and spectacular breakfast. Would stay again!!

Amazing hotel! We stayed in a larger room with a sitting area. We were received with a fruit basket and orchid plant. Everything in the mini bar was complementary (beer, juices, sparkling water). They turned down twice a day with evening chocolate. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious served elegantly.
Location was pretty but a little far for tourists from the city center. They told us it was in the embassy section of the city.

We loved all of the little touches, indicating attention to detail. A beautiful room, clearly well designed, the little frogs here and there, the fruits and restocking of the fridge every day, the gorgeous back patio and garden, the well-stocked bar, the delicious breakfasts, and so much more.
The breakfast was a bit pricey, I will say.

I was extremmely upset to be charged EU$$40 to eat a peace of bread, wih coffee. I was charged a full buffet. I was not informed that there were other options.

The staff are very friendly and attentive to any requests. There was very little waiting time for room service and everything arrived hot and well prepared. Our balcony was particularly pleasant overlooking a pretty garden. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay!

We had an executive double which was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony was an added bonus and the bathroom and shower excellent. The complimentary mini bar and coffee machine were a welcome addition. Overall a very nice stay.
The staff were efficient but overall not friendly although there are exceptions. Considering how good the bed was the pillows were poor. The location is a little way away from everything Munich has to offer and the breakfast and overall cost of the hotel were slightly expensive for what you get on balance.

Room was spacious and well designed
Bathroom has to be refurbished. Shower was inside the bathtub and dangerous to stand inside as very slippery. Breakfast is very overpriced, 45€ a day for a limited selection and service. Had to pay the parking without being informed about the fee at the moment of arrival. Last but not least had to engage a discussion at the Reception at the checkout as the receptionist was insisting I hadn’t paid the breakfast which I did. After a big noise he finally found out he was wrong…

Beautiful Garden, beautiful room which was clean and spacious with very nice amenities. Great welcome staffs (I think he was concierge team) greeting you upon arrival, very helpful gentleman. The whole team was very helpful and attentive. Very nice breakfast selection in tasteful room next to garden, very good service. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!
location is quite good but not great as you have to go by taxi to old town and everywhere yet in safe and quiet area.
