The staff were great, we were even offered free homemade croissants and they were delicious. The location was great, right next to the English Gardens. The room was clean and spacious.
There was no air conditioning, the rooms get fairly muggy and hot during the day. There is a window to open but the wasps and mosquitos flew in.

Loved the location, just a short walk from the station and close to the English Garden, which I think is a must-visit. Helpful staff and nice breakfast.
The day we stayed was quite hot, and the room got the afternoon sun, so the lack of air conditioning was a nuisance.

The location was wonderful. We were able to walk or take the metro to everything we wanted. It is set up near many trendy coffee shops and restaurants.
The bathtub/shower drain was broken so it was a hassle. There is no in room air conditioning as advertised (when we asked, they bring us a portable unit that we did not hook up as it would take up too much room and we wouldnt be able to use the patio). They did compensate with free incidentals (coffee and water).
