Wonderful
The hotel is very cozy in a quiet part of Munich. I liked that it was clean and that the staff was very friendly. I also liked the parking - I was specifically looking for not an underground parking and the hotel had a few parking spots available. Breakfast was also good.
I didn't find anything to dislike.

The hotel is in a quiet, suburban area, and it was very quiet. It's only a 5 minute walk to tram to downtown/ Bahnhof. and a short walk to Nymphenburg palace. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good (excellent bread! Pretty good freshly brewed coffee (not just for the machine). The room was nice and very clean and was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere (both in email correspondence and when I was there).
The mattress wasn't comfortable (really, one of the worst I've had in hotels) and the single bad was small. There wasn't hot water to make tea / coffee in the room or in the lobby (thought they kindly gave me a kettle when I asked for it, which was life-saving!).

Great location. A little out of town but still easy to get into the city. There is a beer garden less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel for lunch/dinner.
The staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Easy check in even when I came late, nice area, super friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Close to the tram which took about 17 minutes to central station, also S-bahn within walking distance. Staff called me ahead of arrival and ensured everything was going well, and gave me clear instructions on how to check-in after reception was closed.
The bed wasn't to my taste, but it was still a good night. It was clean and nice otherwise and I will definitively come back if I am in the area again.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, whom you will remember fondly and want to return to. Delicious and inexpensive breakfast for the range offered. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds for the price. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Nymphenburg Palace, right next to Hirschgarten, a 3-minute walk to the tram stop, from where you can reach the city centre in 20 minutes. Superb!
