Location, clean room, modernised
The staff were not always friendly and extremely helpful. the breakfast, price did not match the quality. It was too expensive.

Good location near everything, the area, though, wasn't that good
The room wasn't like in the picture (the picture was of one side of the room). Didn't have a fridge in the room. The staff weren't very helpful (our encounters were only with one)

The hotel was easy to find from the main train station and was a walkable distance to most of the old town attractions. Convenient eateries nearby, and underground stations also close. The staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and the rooms were neat and clean. The bathroom appeared recently renovated and was lovely to use.
Initially the area seems a little unsafe but we had no issues and though there were lots of people on the streets, they all kept to themselves.

Very comfortable stay lovely staff and good location secure and very clean. Good sized room with air con. Had parking which was a big bonus in Munich for us
A little bit dated and there is a lot of construction work happening opposite. Didn’t impact us as quiet at night but looks like it will be going on for a year or two

The location was great for us. The staff was helpful and offered a great breakfast on site. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here at the end of the trip, and it was a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I'd thought it through, I probably would have stayed closer to the airport. But I had enjoyed Munich and Marienplatz so much, I chose more close to that (we were too tired to walk, but I'm pretty sure you could). It was a bit of a ride to the airport in the morning, but again, if you want to be IN Munich, this is a nice location. Comfortable bed and very nice room features. It was a short stay, so I feel like I'm not doing this hotel justice. I would stay here again.
