The hotel was clean and furnished well. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The room was large enough for 3 people but one had the sofa bed.
The location is about 10 min walk from train station.

The room looked recently refurbished and not big but roomy enough, exceptionally clean. Staff were great and the breakfast was perfect. The breakfast room had adjoining terrace if the weather permitted and was very light. Breakfast was everything you would need and more. Kraft Hotel is in a great position at Sendlinger Tor, close to the Bahnhof, 10 minutes walk to the Sendlinger bus/train stops and within 15 to 20 minutes walk of Marienplatz.

Hotel was just ok
Loud construction noise across the road which we weren’t advised about. The pillows were terrible and need to be replaced. Lady receptionist was rude and. Not friendly. The location is dodgy. Air conditioner didn’t work and staff were not interested to help fix it. Overall very poor experience

Location is good. Quite a few parking options nearby. Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful and nice. A nice vintage boutique hotel.
Hotel room is a little dated. Pillow could be upgraded to easily earn higher guest review. Not too much money I guess.

We loved this little hotel. Traditional decor and quirky features. The room was basic but really clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped but there is not a lot they could do about that. The staff were really friendly and gave us lots of advice about how to get around the city. They were really lovely.
