Wonderful
Charming character hotel with modern rooms - very clean too. Close to the station and a short walk to the historic centre. Nice bars, cafes etc within a short walking distance. 24 hour staffed desk nice if you arrive late or have to leave early.
Some spots along the street feel a bit run down but generally the area has an improving vibe.

Fair
The staff at the hotel were all very nice and accommodating. Whenever we had a question they were happy to help. The breakfast was great! They had a wide variety of options and the quality was nice.
To no fault of their own the is a major construction zone all around the hotel. So all hours of the day and early morning you are hearing jackhammers and construction equipment. This made is hard for us to rest there during the day etc.

It looked very nice. It was very comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful and fun and the location was perfect. Closest to the city center and close to October fest

This is our second stay here. Great location, wonderful staff, close to the train station, and Oktoberfest when it is happening.

it was a wonderful stay. since it was a lil bit outside of those noisy streets and wasn’t too far away from Marienplatz, the location itself isn’t bad. the room is clean and cute. you have air conditioning and pretty much everything you need. the stuff is extremely friendly and nice. i would definitely recommend you to have a breakfast. we ate an incredible omelette and so many nice things. i would definitely stay again.

Good hotel and very clean. Good location.
The pillows are terrible which compromised the comfort too much. No parking was a bit problematic.

Wonderful
Location and price.
It’s an older building with character. It has AC in the room which is definitely important in summer days.
It’s a great place stay one or 2 nights when you’re planning to stay the whole day out.

Good
Close to central station
Website said it would have AC in rooms, but the AC part of it was “locked” so unable to have the AC on. Made sleeping unpleasant. L

Cozy room, comfortable bed, nice staff, convenient location, street parking is easy and affordable.
It was not a big issue for us - Room key was collected by the front desk whenever we went out.

Disappointing
Good location near everything, the area, though, wasn't that good
The room wasn't like in the picture (the picture was of one side of the room). Didn't have a fridge in the room. The staff weren't very helpful (our encounters were only with one)
