Cozy room, comfortable bed, nice staff, convenient location, street parking is easy and affordable.
It was not a big issue for us - Room key was collected by the front desk whenever we went out.

Good location near everything, the area, though, wasn't that good
The room wasn't like in the picture (the picture was of one side of the room). Didn't have a fridge in the room. The staff weren't very helpful (our encounters were only with one)

The location was great for us. The staff was helpful and offered a great breakfast on site. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here at the end of the trip, and it was a beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I'd thought it through, I probably would have stayed closer to the airport. But I had enjoyed Munich and Marienplatz so much, I chose more close to that (we were too tired to walk, but I'm pretty sure you could). It was a bit of a ride to the airport in the morning, but again, if you want to be IN Munich, this is a nice location. Comfortable bed and very nice room features. It was a short stay, so I feel like I'm not doing this hotel justice. I would stay here again.

Staff was nice and helpful with a good location. Quiet hotel.
The air conditioning did not work for us on the first night. It was incredibly hot and very uncomfortable, we had poor sleep. The man at the front desk let us check another room to possibly switch but the AC there also did not work. The next day we switched to room 25 which had great AC. Unless I could confirm having that room, I would hesitate to stay again.
The beds were ok, but I could feel the springs in the mattress.

Very nice place to stay in Munich. Nicely decorated old hotel. Everything was very clean and room was nice. Staff was very helpful, especially with dinner recommendations. Was able to park on site which was very nice.

The staffs were nice. The hotel is about 10mins away from the main station on foot. There’s also a terminal station of metro. The restaurants nearby were good too. The facility is old, but it’s maintained well. The neighborhood is calm and tranquil.
I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like, although I didn’t find anything outstandingly good either.

Lovely cotton sheets. Great location and an easy walk from the bus stations.

Liked the room with twin beds more than the room with full bed.
Full bed was very uncomfortable and sinking in . Twin beds were better. Long walk from the station when we arrived. Took the tram to station on our way back

The hotel was clean and furnished well. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The room was large enough for 3 people but one had the sofa bed.
