Staff was nice and helpful with a good location. Quiet hotel.
The air conditioning did not work for us on the first night. It was incredibly hot and very uncomfortable, we had poor sleep. The man at the front desk let us check another room to possibly switch but the AC there also did not work. The next day we switched to room 25 which had great AC. Unless I could confirm having that room, I would hesitate to stay again. The beds were ok, but I could feel the springs in the mattress.

Very nice place to stay in Munich. Nicely decorated old hotel. Everything was very clean and room was nice. Staff was very helpful, especially with dinner recommendations. Was able to park on site which was very nice.

Staff were fine, the room was clean. Staff agreed to waive the parking cost as compensation for lack of Aircon.
The air-condition was a real problem. I booked the hotel specifically for this reason and the bedroom was hotter than any other places in the hotel, attempts to fix failed and I wasn't moved. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture is old fashioned and tired. The location isn't great, local park full of drug dealing.

The reception, hallways, elevator and staircase are beautiful with the original interior. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was new and comfortable. We arrived late and the hotel parking was full, be we easily found street parking around the corner.
AC didn’t work, there was a very very gentle breeze coming from it but no cooling effect at all. This meant the room was too hot and air quality was poor. We could open the window, but not while sleeping because of the city sounds/noice. The receptionist knew about the issue and tried to fix it, but couldn’t. The room itself was ok, but a bit outdated with signs of wear - the drawers were missing their knobs. Low ceilings made it feel a bit cramped, especially with the hot air.

The staffs were nice. The hotel is about 10mins away from the main station on foot. There’s also a terminal station of metro. The restaurants nearby were good too. The facility is old, but it’s maintained well. The neighborhood is calm and tranquil.
I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like, although I didn’t find anything outstandingly good either.
