Wonderful
Breakfast was included, and it was very good! The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival by Andre, who was very helpful and accommodating.
No fridge in the room, but I don't think this is regularly offered in Germany?

Very Good
Modern, well kept.
Location is ok but not great. Not willing to cancel the second room for the colleague who could not join in the end even though it's the highest Oktoberfest season and they would immediately sell it again.

Next to U train. Staff was terrific! Food was good. Service was excellent. Very clean hotel lounge and rooms, bathrooms.
Could not get the room cool enough even at the lowest cool air setting.

This hotel completely met my expectations during my business trip; it is conveniently located near the metro and bus, with very pleasant rooms, pleasant staff, a good breakfast in a quiet atmosphere.

Disappointing
Breakfast, distance from U Line metro, mattress
Bare bones accommodation, had the warmth of a prison cell. Good thing I brought my pillow as the pillow on the bed was akin to a giant bean bag filled with tissues. Traffic noise from the street was loud, as the hotel is situated on a busy street. No iron or board in the room, only available at the front desk for a €10 charge, which is ridiculous.
