This family-run hotel in the Milbertshofen district of Munich is directly next to the BMW company headquarters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Across the road from the U Bahn and bus stops just outside. Very easy to get from the Airport via the S Bahn and U Bahn which if you do not have a mass of luggage saves you >55 Euros. Buffet breakfast and cooked eggs available which was very much a continential style one. A small bar was available with plenty of seating inside and out. The reception was manned 24hrs which is nice to know. An Aldi and a few other shops all within walking distance if you needed a supermarket, pharmacy etc.
Room facilities for a business room were lacking. No fridge, no blackout curtains. The widows in my room did not shield the traffic and as the Konigstein is located on the Frankfurter Ring traffic is fairly continuous. The kingsize bed was in fact two single beds pushed together. No English channels other the a news channel which again was not a British or American channel. Are you going to want to watch TV, maybe not, but the possibility would be nice if you just want to watch a film and relax. Other than the aforementioned it was clean and and tidy. Very limited places to eat locally and no food at the hotel other than breakfast in the morning. There is a bar which is available all the time and you could buy some snacks from a local shop if so desired. Would I stay again, I probably would as the staff were so helpful and friendly, but the above would be nice to have.

- literally next to the Frankfurter Ring metro station on the line with easy connection to the airport - very good breakfast - very polite and helpful staff - has luggage room - situated in a nice, quiet and safe area
The shower in my room's bathroom didn't have a protective glass; maybe that's not such a good idea, the water goes all over the bathroom

I accidentally booked the wrong night and the staff was so helpful in addressing my problem. They were so kind! Also the breakfast was good. The bathroom was well designed. And laughably close to a convenient U-bahn station.
Nothing in particular-it’s a pretty bland big hotel so it’s not charming or anything stand-out.

Pur double room wasn't a double bed but 2 individual beds together. Not quite comfortable but not a big deal.
