This family-run hotel in the Milbertshofen district of Munich is directly next to the BMW company headquarters. The location is excellent: bus stops and trains are just around the corner; the room was quite spacious, the shower works excellent, the bathroom is quite big, the beds comfortable; it was quiet; AC was working and helped us because the temperatures were up to 33°C; breakfast ok; staff is friendly. Grocery shop is very close to the hotel. Do not forget - shops close early in the evening and do not work fully at the weekend, do your research while travelling.
Just the lift - it is small and slow, be patient. And we didn't get coffee one morning, we were forgotten :), but it didn't spoil the experience.

This hotel is directly next to the Frankfurter Ring U-Bahn station and easy access to everywhere I need to go when in Munich. The staff is always great and the rooms are clean.

Great location near the train station with many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable stay, convenient transport access, and plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommended for travelers.

The staff was really friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was decent - it was not big but had everything basic that ones needed. All beverages were really good and tasty.
The TVs were old and the bathroom door could not be entirely closed - this may be uncomfortable when the people are not really close to each other and also that was not mentioned in the description. There was also no terrace and refrigerator. The elevators were also old and slow. The biggest issue was the Parking garage - they were so small it was really hard for us to park there as our car is big.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is quite off.
The price was higher then at the time of the reservation. The check-in process was very slow, electronic signatures didn't work etc...

Polite staff at breakfast and reception – though the offered scrambled eggs never arrived. Rooms are spacious.
Despite what the name suggests the hotel has more the appeal of a (former?) hospital than a palace. The mattress was quite thin and uncomfortable. Overall and for the appearance and location, I found it overpriced.
