Excellent staff and service, great suite, bed, matress, pillows, things that usually break a hotel stay, here they were all top class.
The fact that they charge 500/person/3-hour session for access to the pool and spa is a bit too much. Haven't experienced that before and it's over the top.

We weren't expecting anything, other than a service and environment of a hotel that is at the comparable price range. And we were in for a surprise: a glass of delicious champagne at the arrival, pristine room with state of the art lightning and bathroom devices; the rooftop and people who work there - amazing!

- location is unbeatable - the upgrade is very much appreciated - staff were professional and reliable - comfortable beds - the complementary mini bar is always a plus - a wonderful experience overall - I would love to extend my appreciation to the hotels staff for their support during our stay in particular to Mr.Mario from reception , his understanding and professionalism was inspiring while checking us in he avoided a misunderstanding before it escalated
- breakfast was the main disadvantage throughout our stay keeping food from the previous day and presenting it to the guests is not what we expected - the rooms were nice but the smaller ones have doors that close automatically which gets smacked violently which wasn’t necessary - one of our rooms were cleaned while putting the Do Not Disturb sign - please be more thorough with the mini bars we found an opened and drank from bottle upon our arrival

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very modern and comfortable with great amenities. We loved the included mini bar items! Also the location was perfect for venturing out into the city.

Everything was perfect starting from location very nice and helpful stuff I would like to thank Mr.Fadi he was explaining for me everything in the hotel and help me when I explain for him my issue. a little bit pricey but it’s worth. definitely I’m gonna stay in my next visit to Munich. if I can send thanks letter for Mr. Fadi, I really would like to.
