A man was cussing loudly outside the hotel for over an hour at 0300 AM keeping us awake in our 4th floor room.

An OK place to stay for 1-2 nights. The room was clean, good breakfast, a walking distance to the Old city, 3 min to the Main train station. Good price-quality for this city.

The location wasn't bad in relation to Central Station & Marienplatz. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite.
The location in relation to its surrounds was less than desirable. Probably 4 strip clubs within a 50m distance from the front door. When I got to the hotel at first there was a very strong smell that someone had been smoking in the reception in the moments before I entered. The biggest downside for me was that there is no air conditioning in this hotel. There was a fan in the ceiling but no controls to turn it on. I think it's just there for decoration. I opened the very large window in my room but the emergency escape went passed my window (as it should). The problem with this was that I couldn't leave the window open as this would have compromised me & my room from a safety & security perspective. All in all, it was a clean hotel with very nice staff. If they could get air con installed it would make a colossal difference to the comfort that guests experience...... there's not a whole lot they can do about the neighbourhood.

Breakfast was tasty with the wide assortiment. The location is very strategical- only 5 min to the HBH, near to the down town.
No conditioneer in the room. It was too hot.

Exceptional
The front desk people were very helpful; the location was close to the train station and mass transit; the breakfast was good.
It could get pretty loud at night outside our window, and there was some confusion about a deposit and a refrigerator charge. But both were straightened out.
