Centrally located, staff super helpful and knowledgeable, clean and nice rooms. We had a room with a balcony and it was enjoyable sitting out every night and relaxing.

The room was larger than expected and the second bed was in its own alcove for privacy. The location near Isartor was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center.
There is no dinner restaurant but the breakfast was satisfactory. Although there is a parking garage quite near the hotel, we had to wait in line for a free spot.

Rooms are small but quite adequate. Staff were accommodating. Shower was super good balcony was a nice added touch. Parking spaces were tight but the partnership with gas station was perfect for access
What have liked to have a hot water maker in the room as well as coffee. That way I wouldn't have to pay for a breakfast. Breakfast was OK but felt compelled to purchase entire breakfast for tea and coffee

The location and breakfast were great. Especially the balconies in the rooms make you feel like home. The warmth and attention of the staff was very good. Especially ANTONIO.. a wonderful person.
There is nothing I don't like. I go to Munich for about a week every month and this is the only place I've stayed for a long time.

Its location is in walking distance to the old town. Front desk staff are helpful.
Room is small. Shower stall is really too small even for me who weight around 170 Lb. If you are overweight, it will be difficult to shower. Bed is too firm.

It‘s a great location and the rooms are clean and reasonably good for just staying over night. So basically a good place to sleep.
Rooms and especially the bathroom is very small and a bit old (but still clean). The pillows weren’t good
