Perfect location for us. Lively neighborhood with a large selection of diverse restaurants. Walking distance to Altstadt and the Englischer Garten. Morden boutique hotel. Alexandra is a great host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Nice and homey breakfast.

Beautifully appointed in a small courtyard. Our room had a balcony and a very luxurious shower. Bed was very comfortable with fluffy quilts. The neighborhood was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was typically German, meat, cheese, breads, croissants and jams. A variety of coffees and teas were available. Wine was available to purchase. The hosts were very welcoming. This is a unique property. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. The Englishgarden is 25 mins walk or a convenient bus ride away.

Wonderful location, warm & friendly staff. We easily walked to Marktplatz and to the old town every day through a great neighborhood full of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Breakfast is wonderful, especially jam. The best location for those who want to visit the Munich art museums.
The only thing I would like to add is an electric kettle in the room.

We opted for the suite on the top floor and it was spacious and beautifully appointed. Breakfast is very good.
If you are short for time, location is slightly off center (40 minutes walk or 10 minutes taxi to central square).

A little bit of paradise in the city. Thank you for a super stay and to Alexandra, an art historian whose past life is reflected in this beautiful, personal property. We were given a bottle of wine for my birthday from Alexandra's own Palatinate region. We toasted her and the im Hof, which we hope to return to when we next visit Munich. Superbly located in an area with a rich abundance of shops, restaurants and galleries, the im Hof provided us with the ideal location to explore the city. Parking is on site, a great addition. As for the breakfast, it was the best we have enjoyed all year. So much work, care and attention to detail have been put into this property, and it pays off for the visitor. We loved it!
