Pleasant
A good option for a longer stay, with a mini kitchen and decent room space, especially for Munich and considering it is outside the city centre. Parking is not easily available around the hotel, so you may need to park farther away and walk.
Typical German hospitality: the room was clean and offered standard amenities. However, the check-in and check-out rules are very strict, so do not expect flexibility with late check-out. Also, do not expect a warm personal welcome, as there is usually no one to meet you in person; you simply receive a code to access the hotel and your room.

Bed had only 3 pillows, because each person should have 2 pillows,
After sleeping one night, I noticed two places in upper body have bug bite marks itching.

Hotel im Bunker is not only a fascinating and artful place to stay, but also incredibly convenient - super close to the train station, with multiple nifty shops and restaurants in walking or scooter distance. The room and bed were incredibly comfortable. We loved the portions of exposed bunker wall visible in the room and greatly appreciated the kitchenette.

The only thing positive about this hotel is the location
Do not stay here. The desk receptionist is only available for about two hours a day, and during those hours we never saw a receptionist. They have what I think is a sewage problem.. our entire room smelled like a porta potty and I called to ask to be moved to a different room 6 times, emailed, and messaged through the portal and got no response. Elevator smelled like pee, horrible experience. Moldy grout in the bathroom too. Balcony is supposed to be available, and according to other reviewers it hasn't been available in a long time. They need to remove that from the listing....false advertisement.We didn't end up staying because the stench made it inhabitable. I will be seeking a refund.

The hotel was modern, clean and spacious.
The fact that they had no reception. The door panel didn't work one night so we could not enter. There is no possibility to contact anyone by phone or email, which means that if you have a problem with your access code, you're basically on the street. They charged me for an extra night that I didn't book and I couldn't sleep in the hotel one of the nights I did book because the electronic panel at the entrance door wasn't working. Customer service is really a 0.

I really liked the location, as it allowed us to take the train into Munich for the 2025 Oktoberfest. The neighborhood allowed for free parking and a very nice selection of restaurants and cafes.
The entry pad at the entrance was a little tricky to deal with.

Perfect, for what we paid, beautiful big room, calm location perfect sleep for and adventures next day
I did not check the parking situation, went perfectly well, but there is no dedicated slot. Water pipe was a little tricky but this is a claim on highest niveau

I booked it because I thought there was a bath tub. Make sure you book ask before booking, as I didn't have a bath tub. The room was nice though
