Wonderful
I really liked the location, as it allowed us to take the train into Munich for the 2025 Oktoberfest. The neighborhood allowed for free parking and a very nice selection of restaurants and cafes.
The entry pad at the entrance was a little tricky to deal with.

Perfect, for what we paid, beautiful big room, calm location perfect sleep for and adventures next day
I did not check the parking situation, went perfectly well, but there is no dedicated slot. Water pipe was a little tricky but this is a claim on highest niveau

I booked it because I thought there was a bath tub. Make sure you book ask before booking, as I didn't have a bath tub. The room was nice though

Nothing. The room got cancelled by the hotel a few hours before we arrived. Our idea: this hotel overbooks rooms and easily cancells reservations to overcome the issue.

Great place to stay in Munich on modest budget. Very clean, modern and convenient studio with all amenities needed for short and even longer stay. Train S2, which brings you to the center in 15-20 min, stop is in100 m from hotel. Variety of grocery and other types of shops are also in vicinity.
