Perfect location, very clean and comfortable room. Elevator. Great coffee at breakfast. A/C! The neighbourhood is perfect: steps from the museums, nice walk to the old city. Many restaurants and shops around. Parking is difficult but possible (the hotel provides a sticker for the street-side parking for only 10 Eur a day).
I did not really dislike it but the hotel is old-fashioned, not chic, the furniture and bathroom are quite old.

The hotel receptionist was very warm and helpful; she met many of our needs during our two-night stay and answered our calls promptly. It was a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful
Stayed here for a week in a single room. Was worried the room would be small and cramped given that it was a single room, but it was a great size with lots of space for everything. Very clean and comfortable, wifi was stable and fast, and the breakfast had a great range of continental options all delightfully presented. Host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
The shower plug wasn't totally clean on arrival, but everything else was immaculate.
