The hotel staff is absolutely amazing, polite and kind, always looking after you.
The hotel has a typical bavarian style and is constant through the entire experience.
The facilities are old, over used and dirty.
The only clean spaces are the ones that you use each day ex.towel, sink but the shower space has accumulated some generational dirt to it.
The bed sheets were filled with acariens, the pillow and the duvet were old and yellowish.
The windows do not shut properly and it.s noisy from the main road. Also you can hear everything from the neighbour room.
The breakfast is basic with very few continental choices.

Nice location, close to SBahn, Tram, groceries. Cozy bar and breakfast areas, fantastic breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and quiet with multiple parking options. It was a wonderful stay!!

Staff lovely and friendly and even refunded us money as they downgraded our room and sorted it all threw booking.com for us (the refund). Also a very lovely old bavarian style hotel loved it.
We was abit of walk from Munich old town which is not a problem but wished we stayed abit closer but oktoberfest was very close so happy days. But we booked the hotel so our fault we abit far out.

Wonderful, kind, helpful staff, good location, not far from Sbahn station and a supermarket on the way home. Clean, comfortable, great lighting for reading in bed, good quality sheets, adequate space and furniture. Cute.
I was on the top floor and on the hotter days, the room was a bit stuffy, but that was only for a few days.

Staff were lovely, there was an elevator (we don’t see too many in hotels in our budget range).
Breakfast was €18 per person.
They only have 5 parking spots and although they have parking permits for street parking, it is a little bit of a hassle to find a spot.
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.
