Very quiet location, close to the englischer garten, the city centre is easy to reach. We were given bicycles for free for rhe whole day, great experience riding through the park to the city centre. Full breakfast with everything by request Very recommended

Charming and lovely hotel just 20 min or so S-bahn ride from the Marienplatz. Parking was plentiful. Rooms were cozy and clean. Breakfast was very good as well. We also really enjoyed the restaurant with good German food and we enjoyed the Biergarten on the patio.

Breakfast was ok. Beds were also decent
We were there two nights as a family of three. No heating at all the first day. Our 3 month old child has issues with 17 degrees room temperature in November with 4 degrees outside. Cries and can't sleep, due to low temperatures. There was the "Emergency" number and the owner was pissed when I called him at 3 A.M. due to the heating issue. Next day, the owner was pissed that I woke him, and wasn't able yo sleep after I rang the number. By the way, he didn't pick up the phone at 3A.M. although it's 24/7 available.
