The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was very good.

Outside of the busy old town about 15 min drive, excellent service, breakfast was very good with a lot tasty options, room big enough for three people, outdoor garden like an oasis, overall decor was tasteful. Location was good for us as we only stayed one night before our overseas flight but not sure how it would be for someone who wants to do sightseeing. I’d return.

the breakfast was very good and had lots of options of foods. Lots of healthy good quality breakfasts foods. The dining setting is great and outside is so lovely to sit. It is one of my favourite buffet breakfasts. the sauna area and steam room was great. They offer bikes for free which was very handy, lovely to ride down to the English gardens and the sit by the lake. they packed me a picnic which was really good.
there are two buildings of the hotel next to each other, I was in the building where the restaurant was, sometimes it was a bit loud and awkward waling through the restaurant. it s a great restaurant but It is hard to have the busy dining area right outside your window. As a guest of the hotel, and a solo female traveller I felt sometimes that I was an inconvenience to the restaurant in the hotel, as in maybe they didn't want to sit me. It just hard because I already feel awkward, it took a while to get the cheque even though I asked several times. I think the restaurant is extremely busy and the staff are a bit stressed, but they kinda put it on the customers sometimes. but great food nonetheless.

Breakfast was great . Fresh with a lot of varieties.
Hotel had no AC nor fans in the rooms and the tempratures outside during my stay were 30 degrees + . In addition , the room was full of insects .

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff all very nice. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the English Garden which is wonderful, and also easily connected to the city center.
The room (a standard one) was quite small, you open the door and you almost hit the wardrobe. The room was facing a road, which could be quite noisy at night. There s no A/C, which is totally fine, but it is difficult to keep the window open at night because of the noise from the road and because insects can come easily inside: why not placing mosquito nets on the windows? On a more positive note, the bathroom was spacious and well lit.

The service is amazing. The staff were extremely helpful with all of our needs. Everything was spotless. Rooms are nice and quiet. Location was great. Walking distance to bakery, restaurant, grocery store and tram. The on site restaurant is amazing.
