How come that there are no cameras at the parking place? Our car was hit and they couldn’t help us because they have no camera at the parking place of the hotel..

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet area next to the English Garden. My room was cleaned every day and the fresh fruit in my room was replenished every day too. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a superior single room which was a really good size with a small table and chair in it as well as a good sized wardrobe and dressing table. It is outside of the centre but the tram is only a short couple of minutes walk away and being out of the centre makes it very quiet. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Munich.
Nothing really but if I had to choose something I would say the absence of a smart TV, as the only channels were German. But then I was in Germany so can’t really complain.

Great location at the northern part of the English garden. The Restaurant “ Freisinger Hof” is excellent. Hotel provides free bike rentals.
Rooms a very small, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. Bathrooms are outdated.

Super friendly staff, comfortable room and beds, great restaurant.
Breakfast is great, with a good selection, but you need to get there early - we were late (9.30/10 on a Sunday) to find almost nothing left. That's disappointing when breakfast is offered until 11am and charged extra.
