Wonderful
Everything was great about the property. Only thing I had a problem with is there’s no place to park. The parking garage is very cramped. but other than that, it was fantastic!

Stayed there multiple time. Beautiful accommodation and nice staff. Breakfast is also very good.
Limited free parking spots.
Breakfast is very good when I went early, but when I arrived at 9am, most of options were gone and unfortunately no refill.

The hotel is not so big; therefore, the staff quickly knows it's guests and interacts with them in a very friendly manner. My room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was reliable and done every day; not like in many other hotels, where you have to ask for it. Wonderful breakfast every morning to start your day with. The hotel has a nice sunroom and a terrace, where guests can sit in the afternoon or evening, enjoying a glass of beer or wine. The location of the hotel is great: close to the English Garden park, and close to the Autobahn, if you are traveling by car.

All the staff, esp. Tatia, was very nice. Room was above the outdoor eating area ao sleeping with an open window was not possible. They immediately offered that we change our rooms but one of the possible new rooms really stank of cigarette smoke so we stayed where we were and it turned out fine.

Room was small. They tried to charge us for juice which i didnt order and they took it off the receipt. They charged us for two little bottles of sparkling water which we didnt adk for but were offered

The hotel is wonderful. The staff was super friendly and spoke great English since our German was not great. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom had the most amenities we had encountered on our trip. The hotel restaurant had fantastic food and great service. The hotel is located very close to the Englisher Garden.
When we arrived the restaurant at the hotel was very busy so all the outside parking was full. The hotel has an underground parking garage but it is very small and hard to get in and out of the parking spots with a slightly larger vehicle.

Great location at the northern part of the English garden. The Restaurant “ Freisinger Hof” is excellent. Hotel provides free bike rentals.
Rooms a very small, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. Bathrooms are outdated.

Dinner was great but expensive (CP value low)
Breakfast good but waitress from Africa very unattentive. But waitress from Ukraine very service oriented.
Prior written wishes through booking.com were ignored and only after check inn I received a confirmation that my request for a quiet room was received. So my single room in the old building was on the 2nd floor-no elevator and probably difficult to reach for elderly people with luggage. Bathroom was not equipped with sufficient toilet paper
