Great apartment in the heart of the city. A few blocks from the old town, and many restaurants surrounding the area. The apartment was comfortable for a family of five with 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable also. There is a lift, but only goes to the 4th floor so you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, if staying in the 3 bedroom apartment. We knew this before our arrival, so it was no problem. The hotel was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.
Bathroom shower has one open side, so water gets on the floor. We just asked for extra towels to clean up the floor.

Very Good
The location was great, just around the corner from tons of shopping, dining, and the main square area. The hotel is updated and trendy and everyone we met was helpful and nice. Shower was great with plenty of hot water and water pressure.
The biggest problem for us was the bed, it was way to soft for us, which affected our sleep. I realized on the last day as I was checking for stray items that there was a topper, I wonder if we had taken that off if it would have been better.

Pleasant
Very soft mattresses, much like the reviews I read. After an 11 hour cross country and transatlantic flight before running the Berlin marathon, I don’t think my back probably appreciated the softness of this mattress but could be worse. Also the room was very dark even with the shades open. There’s also construction going on in town that the earplugs I brought didn’t even alleviate. Finally I put on my brown noise in my headphones and got some sleep

Nice location, room was comfortable. We were in the 3 bedroom apartment which had a little balcony we enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable.
Our air conditioning did not work as advertised. I mention to the staff they did not respond. Luckily it cooled off at night.

Excellent location for me as opera goer. Many eating places also at short distance. Close S-Bahn to ge elsewhere.
I am not calling the hotel excellent, but very good because is very little room to hang up clothes and the rooms are really tiny.

It says that they have Parking but they don’t; actually they are in a small street, very complicated to park. What they offer is 50% discount in a Parking lot located 6min away walking.
