Excellent hotel and stay whilst visiting Munich. The hotel location to the city centre is close enough to easily walk to, but doesn't bring any of the noise, meaning a good night's sleep is had. The hotel is extremely handy for getting to and from the main station (45 mins travel time from the airport). The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great selection at breakfast, with polite and friendly staff providing additional when required. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it.

Nothing - we did not get to experience the property we had paid for because of a system issue so we were not allowed to stay at the hotel
We went to Munich to enjoy Oktoberfest. The experience was ruined by this hotel telling us there is no room for us because of a ‘system booking issue’. They did not give us any notice of this, and only told us when we arrived to check in. We had purposely booked the same hotel as our friends hoping to enjoy the authentic rooms displayed on the website. We asked to speak with the manager making it clear we expect a full refund but were told he won’t be in until tomorrow. The only option they gave us, was to stay at another hotel which was completely different to theirs and refused to refund our payment. The other hotel was romantic themed with no entrance lobby an open bathroom (we were 3 guys…). The next day we went to speak with the manager who would refuse to offer any compensation for the incident. The only thing was ‘free breakfast’, the kitchen was closing so it was leftover food that was not enough to feed a child let alone a group of guys. He quoted the breakfast being worth €29 but would not agree to pay the value of that money. In summary, a business that is not willing to take responsibility for the situation and not caring about the guest in the slightest. Will never be returning and recommend all others avoid. I can see why this will read like a rant but there is honestly no other way to put it. Worst hotel experience I have had as someone who has been fortunate to visit many countries across the world.

The room was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was great, especially for a visit during Oktoberfest.
The style of the room and decor is a bit old-fashioned.

There were several positives about this property! The location was fantastic! We were literally right next to the Munich Central Station and it was a 10-15 minute walk (depending how quickly we wanted to get there) to the Marienplatz. The rooms were very well thought out, and the hotel considered almost every possible need of their guests! Everyone was so polite and willing to assist us with any questions or requests. Breakfast was well presented and so fresh, it is all locally sourced! Rooms were quiet, clean and the beds were so comfortable!!
I didn’t really have anything negative during my stay so I can’t honestly say.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The lobby and common areas are nicely decorated and impeccably clean. The room was spacious.
We were not told until a few days before our trip that the restaurant, which is connected to the hotel would be closed. This information should have been given immediately upon booking. Also, some of the rooms do not have A/C. We were not told that there was no A/C until we checked in. This also should have been communicated in advance.

Loved the location and the size of the rooms. Plenty of space. Large bathrooms with great water pressure. In the heart of all things Munich and a short 15 minute walk to Marienplatz and famous breweries. Second time to stay here. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Thanks!
