Location was fantastic. Just outside the underground train shopping mall exit B where you can get lots of food. Room was attractive. There's a 10 euro per room per day credits if no room service required which I used to offset for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with both buffet style bread and buns, cheese and bacon and also customised omelette and pancakes. A huge Supermarket is literally 2 doors away. A wonderful stay.

Had a full shower instead of tub. Nice room with nice view. Comfortable. The staff assisted with luggage. Met us at room. Felt welcomed.
Was a bit noisy early morning. Workers in the area however it didn’t bother us.

We have stayed here before and loved everything about this property. The position, staff, facilities and rooms.
We were incredibly disappointed in the Room on level 5. You have no privacy as you sit on the bed with the curtains open you look across at the building with many, many windows directly opposite!!
The light fitting dangles down so low that my husband banged his head on it several times.
The corridors are extremely noisy so you hear everyone walking past.
In the morning of departure, We were lying on the bed chatting when the cleaning staff just opened the door without knocking or any warning at all.
The TV in the room is on such a left angle you can’t watch it comfortably.

It is close to the Munich central train station, and approximately 15 minutes walk to the city centre. A lot of restaurants are nearby with a variety of selections.
The room size is fairly decent, and the interior of the room and the bathroom is amazing..
Customer service is commendable. To the front staff, keep up the good work!
It was hot inside our room (324). I had to open the window, but then the tram noise kept me awake.
The electric fan did not help at all as the noise of the fan was loud enough and kept me awake too all night.
It was my fault as I did not check if there was air-conditioning in the room, which in our case there was none.
TV is not smart, and as such, no Netflix or Prime.

Great location for train travelers who wish to be near the old town attractions. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms like 542..
It gets hot in the summer on the uppermost floors, but the a/c kept the bedroom area in the comfort range.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff are incredible, the food at the hotel is magnificent, the cleaning is efficient, the toiletries are L’occitane - it’s in an amazing location if you’re a tourist because all the tours leave from around the corner and it’s a short walk to the central station. The room has plenty of plugs and a travel adapter, fair sized safe for money but probably won’t fit a laptop, lots of hanging space for clothes but not a lot of space for an open luggage bag. Breakfast is lovely and highly recommend including it in your stay since even coffee shops in Germany open late.
The WiFi in my room sucked as well as the general signal for cellphone reception. On my last day I realised that there was one spot in my room (right next to the door) that actually got WiFi. But if you plan on lying in your bed and doom scrolling, then it’s a no no. You can just go downstairs.
