Location was excellent. Bathrooms were superior. Rooms were large with sitting room on the 5th floor. Banhof was next door.
Noise from the street was awful. Breakfast was very expensive. No coffee in the room.

The staff are very welcoming and personable. I should highlight the Front Office Manager who treats you like a friend not a customer - wonder approach.

From the moment you arrive until you leave the staff are amazing, as was the breakfast every morning with such variety.

We were told by 2 different front desk staff that the taxi to the airport was a flat rate so we had them call for us but the driver that they called charged a metered fee that was alot more
