Great location and staff very friendly
We were told by 2 different front desk staff that the taxi to the airport was a flat rate so we had them call for us but the driver that they called charged a metered fee that was alot more

Great location, very close to the train station and to the center of Munich. Very kind and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, rich and delicious breakfast
The single room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom, although the price was quite expensive.
