Location was good. Close to the center of the city.
We had two problems. The first room facing the street was very noisy so we were moved to inside room. Fortunately we checked the safe the night before our departure. After a fair amount of time the safe was unlocked and we had our passports. This could have been much worse if we checked the safe next morning and found the batteries dead. The person at the desk minimized our concerns and did not offer a reasonable discount for our stay.

The interior design, beautiful and clean, modern but classy.
We have to walk to get to our uber, ca can’t park in the front of the hotel. Near a station and for us 3 girls, didn’t feel safe.

Property indicated it had a restaurant and bar. Both were closed as property was sold so not open at the moment. Made getting something to eat difficult after a long travel day.

The street noise of public transportation and street trains was brutal in the room and ear plugs were a must.

Everything was great. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was great, and the bathroom was very nice with l'occitane products.
It is on a walking only street, so if you have a car the parking is a ways away. The pillows on the beds are weird - big squares, kind of awkward to sleep on. You can hear the street cars but that didn't bother us because the location is great.

Amazing location. Steps to train station and altstadt. Very walkable. Nice inviting lobby, great breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Carpeted room. Felt dirty. Outdated decor in room. No coffee, or tea in room. No extra mirror in room other than bathroom. Toilet was under sink. So as you sat on toilet your knees were under the sink. Shower was tub and curtain vs the more modern glass showers which feel cleaner.

Good property just next to Munich Hauptbahnhof ( Central Train Station ). Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and shopping area. Well equipped nice proper sized rooms and bathrooms. Smiling and attantive staff. Good breakfast with a vast selection of teas.

It is a bit of a sketchy area as it is on a side street, but Munich is very safe compared to other cities.

Close to the train station and walking distance to the markets.
We requested quiet rooms but one of the rooms was directly over the local streetcar stop. The streetcars literally an 24 hours per day. There were no other rooms available the first night. We were moved to a quieter room the next night. One of the other rooms for our party was supposed to be a king room, but the bed was actually a double. They were moved to the correct room the second night. The carpets in all of the rooms we saw were dirty and stained. They either needed a deep cleaning, or replacement.

We stayed here twice on our winter holiday trip and our second stay was just as wonderful as our first. We had older rooms this time but they were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds were as comfortable as in the renovated rooms. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They provided us with a map and directions to our car rental location that was not easy to find. We truly have found our “home” in Munich for the future with this hotel.

Beautiful property and rooms
Doing construction around the area. Close to train station but area was a little remote from tourist attractions and was dark and a bit scary to get to hotel at night.
