It is very clean. The buffet breakfast is amazing
It’s a bit far from city Centre, about 4 tram stops. Rooms are on the warmer side at that time. Reception desk can’t override set temp for rooms (nor can it be done in rooms)

Location wise it was ok. 10-15 minutes by car to city center. Room was nice. Good internet, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is ok .
-Check in staff was horrible. No smiling no courtesy just hmm hmm yea yea as if I was doing him a favor.
-nobody asked us about our stay during check out but same cold and bad attitude from the same guy and a different lady.

The room was very clean and look new.
The breakfast was very well organized with a wide and quality buffet. The staff was great and the young girl with brown hair that was at the breakfast service was fast, very professional and with the sweetest smile

Super lovely hotel. Room was spotless, comfy bed and lovely bedding. The chaise long type sofa in the room was a nice touch. Nice organic body wash and shampoo.
The breakfast was great and despite it being incredibly busy, it was constantly being replenished. Lovely staff as well.
The location was fabulous. Would definitely recommend!

There was dust in parts of the room. The kid's bed didn't have a door for our child to crawl out from. The shower water pressure was low.
