Good compromise location not far out of the city centre with the benefit of being 2 minutes walk from a tram stop with very frequent trams to the central area
The edge of the beds curved down so it felt like you were rolling off the bed !!

Downtown is a 10-minute ride away.
The room was decent size, modern, clean, and well-furnished. The 2 sets of pillows, one bigger and softer, and the other smaller and stiffer, I think, complemented each other in a good way.
The hotel is on a major avenue that is very quiet and vacant. Not many attractions in the immediate neighborhood. The bed was too soft for me. One of the two elevators on the facility was out of commission, hence waiting time on the elevator was longer than ideal.

The room was clean, comfy and pretty! The breakfast was very good too with plenty of options to choose from. At night I visited the bar area and the bartender plus other hotel guests made my night! The location so close to the Tram/ tranvia and walking distance too to most places. Big thank you to the mister in the front desk. I arrived so early with my phone discharged and he brought me with a coffee and lend me a charger while I waited for an available room. Thank you!
I’m guessing it’s a matter of the time of my visit and won’t apply to everyone. But the elevator #2 was being repaired and sometimes I had to wait a bit more than usual.

The room was exactly what we needed for a weekend visit. It was spacious and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent, very hot water. Location was a bit out of the centre of Munich but the trams and metros take you everywhere you need to go. We had a room on the road but it was extremely quiet, especially as a light sleeper. The staff were excellent, they let us leave our bags before check in and after check out. The hotel is opposite a lidl which is always a plus.
Nothing, honestly for a sightseeing weekend where you are using the hotel as a base, it was perfect.

A good location and a nice walk into the town centre. Spacious reception and restaurant area. The staff were great as was the room. One lift was out but the stairs were fine.
Maybe some free water in the room rather than paid bottles?

I liked the comfortable beds, friendly check in staff and cleanliness of the hotel. There was a mini fridge and plenty of storage space for hanging clothes.
There were 2 TVs but neither were smart tvs so we could only watch linear tv and it didn't have many english channels. There weren't many additional items like dressing gowns, extra pillows, english breakfast tea bags etc.

The room and bathroom were cold both day and night, and the bathroom heater did not work at all. They provided a small plastic heater, but it was very noisy and not safe to keep on overnight.
