Great Value, well connected with the tram stop nearly out front. Parking for 15/euros per night is great value!
Location was a bit far from central Maxvorstadt where we primarily wanted to spend time (20min walk)

Nice room, clean, friendly staff, once you figure out the tram it is very easy to get to and from.
Not a whole lot of amenities in the hotel itself, location is not that central - was not a problem for me but it is a 35min walk to Marienplatz (old town), easy accessible if you take the tram across the street however (15 min ride)

The room was a decent size, well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, no air condition. Good to reach TUM main campus on foot.
The first night there was a problem with the payment system. The following morning they could not find my booking immediately but then resolved the issue quickly. Walking to the inner city is possible but a bit lengthy.

There are different things I like about this hotel. Such as the location, Hotel Europa is located near the park, near the supermarket, and also near the main city, which makes it way easier to travel. I also love the room, the comfortable texture of the bed, and the coziness of it. The thing I really enjoy about it is the breakfast. There are different types of food to choose from, like: bread, eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. The taste of the breakfast itself was not bad too. Thank you Hotel Europa for providing us a great breakfast and more, making us have a very extraordinary stay.
Sometimes in the night, I heard some noises from the road. Like cars honking and more. That’s probably the only problem, the rest is fine.

The breakfast was great and our room was overall nice.
They did not change the linens daily and had to ask for clean towels.
