We stayed 2 nights with a friend and generally had quite a good time. The hotel is within walking distance to the city center and has a paid parking, which was actually really easy to use. The facilities were sufficient, breakfast buffet was very good and there were plenty of options.
I feel like it was a bit pricey for the overall quality, but overall acceptable.

Good location. Short tram ride (Tram 20 or 21, 3 stops from Main Station). Nice room. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. I liked the prevalence of power points around the room. A problem I see in other hotels.
Very little for the price. May need a fresher look. Have to say the room was fine for single occupancy. It wouldn't suit a couple or two people.

Breakfast was amazing, a very good price for parking I would say - 15 euros per day. As hotel had some free rooms they were able to check us in early which was so nice of them.

We stayed in a large double room with garden view, so it was very quiet despite the busy road in front of the hotel. There were multiple seating areas in the room, which we liked. The large bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.
I was disappointed that there was only a coffee machine in the room, no real tea making facilities, no tea bags, no milk, not even a spoon provided. The staff at front desk weren't really helpful and when I asked for tea bags and a spoon on two different occasions, they made me feel like a nuisance and I was given 5 loose tea bags for three nights stay, the spoon arrived on our last evening after I had asked the cleaner again. The rainfall shower looked nice, but the water pressure is so low that you can't really use it to take a proper shower. Overall, far too expensive for the comfort this hotel offers.

Fantastic breakfast and plenty of space in bar area and our room.
Beds were quite spongy and not great. Ridiculous number of light switches in room which meant it took us ages to work out how to turn them all off!

We came to Munich because of an event at Circus Krone and the location was convenient for this occasion (cca 15 min. walking distance).
This hotel has issues with cleanliness. In our room were breadcrumbs on the floor, in the bathroom a lot of hair on the wall, on the floor, in the shower. Disgusting... There were fingerprints all over bathroom door and on the wardrobe door. These were visible issues, I wonder what remained hidden...
The air conditioning/heating was fixed to 19 degress C, with no possibility of adjusting the temperature (only on/off functon was working).
Poor cleaning was also in the brakfast room (remains of the food on chairs and also hair). I lost my apetite...
The hotel has a small underground garage (15 EUR/day), but it's very narrow and also the parking spaces are small/narrow. You just hope that the space near you will remain empty.
